Liyuan Theatre presents a unique glimpse into some of the most classic and loved Peking Opera repertoires. Located at the birthplace of Beijing Opera, the venue is popular amongst visitors who want to know more about this old and entertaining tradition. The show has English subtitles next to the stage so that you can easily follow the story. Hosted at the historical "QianMen JianGuo Hotel" since 1990.
Chaoyang Theatre works mainly on the performance of acrobatic shows in Beijing. Established in 1984, in 1986 Chaoyang Theatre was assigned by Beijing Municipality as the fixed venue for tourism performances and was designated as a National Cultural Advanced Unit by the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China. The famous acrobatic shows include “Acrobatics World” and “Flying Acrobatics”.
